RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON KERATIN TREATMENTS AND SMOOTHING TREATMENTS.
Electronics returned are subject to a 15% restock fee.
Any warranted products, after 30 days must be returned to manufacture.
We must be contacted within 7 days after you receive your package. You may return most, new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund. Items need to be returned in the original product packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 10 days of delivery date.
Due to State and Federal Health Department Regulations on the sale of wigs and hair additions , the following policies must be enforced:
AQUA HAIR EXTENSIONS
All returns/exchanges must be authorized and returned within 7 days of order’s shipping day. Please call our office and notify us that you would like to return/exchange an order.
A copy of the invoice must be included in the return order.
All returned items must be in new condition and in original packaging. We can’t issue credit for returned items that are altered or not in resale condition.
All returns will be for store credit only. Store Credit will not have an expiration date and can be used at any time.
Unless the product is defective or wrong item was shipped, the salon/hairstylist is responsible for shipping charges.
In case of exchange of an order, we will ship the new items after receiving and inspecting the original order (exchange will be shipped 3-4 business days after receiving the original package). The salon/hairstylist is responsible for shipping charges.
Return/Exchange of Defective Products:
Any application of hair color, toners, purple shampoos or chemical treatments on Aqua Hair Extensions will prohibit returns and exchange requests.
Any other product alteration or using a non-Aqua Hair Extensions product or accessory (e.g.: Not using Aqua Hair Extensions Express Remover, Re-tape tab, Aqua Shampoo or Aqua Conditioner will also prohibit all returns and exchanges.)
For any complaint, you must return at least 50% of the hair for inspection. The hair will be inspected and evaluated to determine if it was factory defective or misuse of the product by the user.
HAIR TOPPERS ARE FINAL SALE
Customer is responsible for shipping cost if seller is not at fault.
All clearance/sale items are not returnable.
If your order contains an item that is not in stock, you will be notified within 2 business days about delay.
If return item(s) are damaged or not in new condition we will refuse item and send back at the customers expense.
